Is the armor at Droks 15k a piece or 15k for all with materials?

Armor at droks is 1.5K per piece and the price for the craftings depends on what kind of armor you buy and what kind of craftings you already have.

a full set usually costs around 11k inc materials.

15K per piece armors in Prophecies are at the Granite Citadel and Marhan's Grotto, if you are looking for that.

Note that the more expensive armors are not any better than what you get at Droknar's Forge, they just look different.
